The job was scheduled for one week later. The installation crew arrived on time, and went right to work. They were pleasant, professional and focused. Dylan headed-up the crew, and Kevin came with them to ensure there were no questions, miscommunications, etc. The work was performed on-time and on-budget. Clean-up was quick & thorough. They completed and submitted the application for an Oregon Energy Trust incentive/rebate that will return approx. $630.00 to us."

"Did a great job of installing insulation and drywall however, they cracked a wall when installing the drywall, they hammered rather than screw it into the studs. Now I must repair the cracked wall. Somehow my compact florescent light also disappeared from the laundry room . They also initially wanted to put the R-30 insulation on top of the R-11 that was already in the ceiling. When compressed the insulation would have lost some of its insulating capabilities so I had to tell them not to do that. Seems they should have known this."

Thank you for your respect, Dr. Energy Saver! Previous review: two stars. Unfortunately, this has been a very difficult experience for me to address standing water & drainage in my crawl space. I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."
