"We had a great experience with this company. Nikita and his crew went above and beyond with their work: they replaced our old vinyl siding with hardi plank, and painted it. In addition to replacing siding they identified few rotten locations plywood and replaced them for no charge. They adhere to industry guidelines regarding hardi-plank installation, for example no caulking is used at the seams, only flashing. However, when they do use caulking at the corners, it is very even and flawless. Also their services are priced very well compare to the market. 6 months passed and it still looks great. Nikita is very detailed and he made sure every corner looks great. Highly recommend!"

However less than a year later and the tub and surround had to be redone. The surround was bubbling and literally falling off the wall. I reached out to Michael and he shared that apparently he used the wrong type of glue for the project. The type he used foamed out after application (hence the bubbling). I reached out to another contractor and inspector who came to take a look and it turns out that Michael had neglected to remove the plastic backing on the surround before gluing it to the wall, so the plastic backing was nicely glued, the surround, however was not. This not only caused the bubbling but it caused the bottom and sides of the surround to bulge out and areas where the water could get in. Michael has since ghosted me."
