"On day 1 they removed (sucked out) 3 levels (and three different types) of insulation. They were very neat and cleaned up afterward. They showed me pictures of the cleared attic. On day 2 they blew in new insulation, sealed an unused vent (which was causing a draft) and installed a new attic hatch (old one was broken, unsealed and not insulated causing a draft). Everything was done as agreed and in the timeline expected. They are also a partner with Energy Trust of Oregon which is a bonus."

Installers arrived in early PM hours, able to work with them has other contractors arrived early, thus was able to get them working on their project. All in all, Westside Dry wall was easy to work with , very focused and efficient on site, and did a good job protecting the site to avoid insulation spreading to other areas. Were in and out in less than 2 hours for an attic re-insulation project"

I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."

I never once felt like he was just trying to "get one over on me" because I'm not knowledgeable about these things. He is clear about telling you the why behind the cost of materials and labor. "This review is about 1.5 years late...just found the information for them after moving. I wanted to get this review out any way because they deserve it. They were easily accessible and quick with communication, scheduling and completion of the job. The quality of the job was really good, actually a lot better than my expectations. They did a tear out of the old insulation under the house after an infestation and did a super clean-up. They followed up with an excellent installation with a really secure finished product. With all of that they were also very competitive with their pricing. Not only do I highly recommend them...I would definitely use them again if I needed insulation work."
