The Crawlspace Crew was created by Dillon Rivera and Harlan Gross, long-time friends who have been working in the vicinity of one another for many years. As time passed, they gained the managerial experience required to run large crews and even whole companies. At that point it was only natural that they go into business together in the area where they had a combined 11 years of experience: restoration.
