When I finally reached back out, he was here the very next day. He estimated two days (with grouting on day two), but he worked efficiently and completed everything in a single day, pausing mid-day to let the tile set properly. He was ULTRA conscientious about cleanliness — no dust, no debris, and he never tracked dirt inside during trips to the cutter in our courtyard. His craftsmanship is impeccable; you cannot tell the difference between the repaired sections and the original tile. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."
