"Flawless tile repair, spotless worksite, and right on time. I spoke with Dmytro at New Style Construction about a month ago and then got busy and dropped the ball on scheduling. When I finally reached back out, he was here the very next day. He estimated two days (with grouting on day two), but he worked efficiently and completed everything in a single day, pausing mid-day to let the tile set properly. He was ULTRA conscientious about cleanliness — no dust, no debris, and he never tracked dirt inside during trips to the cutter in our courtyard. His craftsmanship is impeccable; you cannot tell the difference between the repaired sections and the original tile. Dmytro arrived exactly on time, was courteous, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. "We had a badly installed shower floor replaced by the tile guys in October 2018. It was beautiful and appeared well done when complete. They were fast and appeared diligent and skillful during the repair work. 5 years later, we saw the pebble tile floor starting to fail. It began sinking in multiple locations and chipping grout, allowing water to weep between and under the pebble tile causing its substrate to dissolve, causing the tile above it to sink in the dissolved cavity. After hiring another team to demo the shower floor for the second time, we're seeing that substandard practices and materials were contributing to the tile floor failure. Our current repair team still doesn't understand why there was foam installed under the pebble tile waterproofing "fabric layer". Also, the mortar used to attempt to fuse the tile to the fabric never did adhere and the new team was able to easily and cleanly pull the pebble tile and mortar off of the fabric with their fingers."

"Everything went very well. There was a slight hiccup with measurements or something, causing an adjustment in timeframe and material. It took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, waiting to see if the original hardwood flooring was still available, which it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."
