" I had no idea where to shop for all of our new stuff so John referred us to CFM for our hardwood floors and Greg was a good sales person. We had some flooring picked out that was kind of expensive and he showed us some that was almost the same but was a lot less money and it was one of the hardest flooring types available. John told us about a custom cabinet maker that he said were very good and reasonably priced so we went there to look at different styles and see if they had something we liked. Its called Amcraft cabinets, we met with Mark and he showed us so many different styles, wood types and colors and so many options that we found just what we wanted. Then they came to our house and measured everything. A couple days later they sent us a 3-D picture of what the cabinets would look like in our house before we had to purchase them. We also got some options like Lazy Susan shelves for the blind corners and a spice rack and some under counter wine glass holders. They came and installed them and they fit perfect and they look so good. I didn't think we were going to afford something so nice but they were very reasonable. Once again I would recommend them to anyone looking for custom cabinets. Then John told us about Alpha Stone. We dealt with a lady named Kirsten and she showed us so many types of countertops that we had no problem finding what we wanted. They have many types of stone to choose from and since we had a sample of the flooring and cabinet wood we got just the color we were looking for. They installed it and it fit perfect. We just love the granite countertop. Its definitely a great place to shop for stone countertops. John had his electrician put 5 new lights and new plugins in the kitchen, what an improvement that was. We also bought a new range, dishwasher and refrigerator and John had his plumber hook up water pipes to them and a new drain pipe to the new sink. Then put it all in place for us. Its a kitchen to be proud of that's for sure. John is so good to work with and does little extra things that make it better yet. When he was there working my dogs got mad because they couldn't come in the house and they tore the trim off my outside garage door and I traded John some paint for some new trim and he installed it also. real good deal for me. We had an ugly old light at our front door, I bought a new one and John installed it for me for no charge. He also put new trim around our front door that I didn't even know we were getting and it really looks good. It was really nice working with John and Brian. They always cleaned up there mess when they were done for the day and they let us leave the  refrigerator and a couch in the house while they worked and they moved them around as needed. I used JAW a couple of years ago to upgrade our bathrooms and was completely happy with their work then also. If we need more home improvements we will use JAW again. John helped us get a lot nicer products than I ever thought we could afford and I am really proud to show people our house. "

"Stan was great to work, very accommodating to my requests. The job was quoted for 1-2 weeks but he was able to get it done in only 1. He went above and beyond by removing 3 large nails left in the wall by the previous owner, that I was going to have to leave there cause I didn't want to mess up the drywall to try and remove them. I came home from work and noticed the wall was like new. Very respectful of our home also. Wouldn't hesitate hiring him and his crew again. Great job guys!!"

I chose him over other bids because he seemed very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and well versed in the scope of my project. His estimate also seemed like a fair fee. Jose and crew were able to schedule right away and completed my project in a timely fashion. The end result was very impressive and they cleaned up the work area well. "The massive double deck at our home was on it’s last legs, literally. After time, all decks reach a point where safety becomes a consideration, and procrastination is not an option. I began my search for a contractor for the project. My bottom line was; I needed to find a contractor that specialized in decking which would be structurally sound and, equally important, built to last for a reasonable amount of time. Naturally, this would depend on the materials selected for the project, as well as budget constraints. I, for one, did not want to sacrifice my precious time laboring on decking maintenance any more than I had to. I researched decking contractor reviews extensively, and one stood out. His lead assistant, Ryan, met with us and analyzed the project, discussing all the specifics of the project in detail. He would check for understanding, and answered any and all questions we had. Ryan is outstanding in regards to his knowledge of anything decking. When he states ‘the best way to do this,’ you just know it’s factual. He’s a true and rare craftsman, only seen in a bygone era. His right hand man, Taylor, was also instrumental in the success of the project. It was like having Yoda and Luke Skywalker building my massive deck. Micah, overseeing the project, was in constant communication throughout the project, never failing to respond to my calls. His follow-through, superb organizational skills, and a plethora of decking experiences are truly an asset. His aim is to keep you happy, and for you to feel good about the project you have assigned to him. He sincerely appreciates your business, and projects it through his actions. The end result was spectacular! The workmanship was outstanding and beyond reproach. No unwanted gaps, no warped wood, no unsightly errors. The high level of professionalism, as well as the high level of craftsmanship, contribute to the success of this company. Everything is well thought out, and carried toward perfection. It was a ‘stellar’ job (excuse the pun), that produced a deck worthy of a home magazine cover. I commend Micah, Ryan, Taylor, and their crew for putting their heart into this project."

"I had a leaking roof and needed to get a new one quickly. Lo's Contracting had the best bid and time frame. I'm happy with the end result however it was a bit a fiasco. When putting on the roof there was a bad rainstorm at night and only the underlayment was down at that point. Water came in through almost every room in the house. As you can imagine, I was freaking out! However, I was able to get a hold of one of the workmen who called it in and everyone came out that night around 8pm in the dark and rain and put tarps over the entire house. They brought in huge de-humidifiers the next day and had them running for a few days which seemed to dry everything up. (Lo's Contracting paid for the extra electricity that the de-humidifiers used). They also replaced the insulation in the attic crawlspace at no cost. Three years later there was a leak around one of the nails and pipe collar on the roof, which reading up on does happen(not sure if it should happen after 3 years(that's why the B...but) Amadou was quick to check it out the same day I called and then sent someone as soon as their schedule allowed, a couple days. I appreciate them fitting me in to the schedule and responding so quickly and apologetically. They also cleaned my house after all was done. Amadou, the owner, and Marlon and his team were great to work with, friendly and fixed a couple little things that weren't on the bid at not cost. I would hire again - I'm just not doing anything during the rainiest months of the year again!"

"We had water damage due to a roof leak and we had a new roof installed recently. The bathroom had black mold, water damage in the ceiling, wall and floor. Josh came in an opened up everything and repaired all damage. He then installed new flooring, a new toilet, removed 60-year-old cabinets, installed a new vanity, tri-view medicine cabinet, light fixture and door. He was timely, prepared and worked hard every day and kept us informed daily since this was a time and materials job. His price to do all of this was less than other quotes we had received just to repair the damage and new flooring. I will use Josh for anything that he is willing to do around my house.
