He went above and beyond by removing 3 large nails left in the wall by the previous owner, that I was going to have to leave there cause I didn't want to mess up the drywall to try and remove them. I came home from work and noticed the wall was like new. Very respectful of our home also. Wouldn't hesitate hiring him and his crew again. Great job guys!!"

Jay understood our budget for this project and suggested us different options for the hardwood. We selected Brazilian Cherry. Jay did all the work by himself and did a great job of removing the existing floor and sub-floor. He replaced the sub-floor with plywood, then placed the water barrier on top of it and then installed the hardwood on top of it. He also replaced the existing base-board and installed a new one, repainted the base-board. The floors look really great. We are very much happy with his work. Jay showed his craftsmanship skills and good quality of detailed work. He was very professional and gave us many tips on different issues of floors and taking care of house issues in general.
