Let me tell you that it was a good call. First they tried to diagnose my problems remotely, but I also had hardware issues. So, Luther came to my house and took care of everything. He even hooked me up with some great antivirus software. The price I quoted included removing the multiple viruses and enhancing the performance on not only my laptop but also my partners laptop as well. And that's a same day house call.
