Most important is that he was a wonderful young man and I liked him. He was here to fix a broken ice maker in the refrigerator. After he left, the ice maker did not work. I sent an email for which there was no response to date.

I had hired another repair company that charged me $$$ and could not find the issue with my LG Refrigerator. I called Dell's and talked to them. They came out and within 15 minutes they had identified the problem and gave me the part number to order. I cannot give these guys enough stars!!! Completely down to business but friendly. Extremely knowledgeable with regard to my fridge. I anticipate having ice again next week!!! Highly, highly recommended service! Reasonable rates--took a bit of time to coordinate them coming out--but well worth the wait!!!

They were amazing. My gas dryer was making a squacking noise. Got a technician out the next day after I called. He arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem, had the parts on his truck. He replaced the wheel that was making noise and two others that were starting to wear. Price was very affordable. Mike was very nice and gave me lots of details about what he was doing. Would definitely call them again.

Professional, courteous, able to have it fixed within a very short period of time from calling to ask about a date to the date they came to fix it! I think it was scheduled in 3 days! So efficient! Am very happy with the outcome and cost. Would hire again if another appliance required to be fixed.
