Allen took a massive willow tree off our neighbor’s house. It had blown over the night before in a wind storm, and I posted the project here. The next morning, Allen called me and explained the process. He came out that day and give me a reasonable quote, and got to work. He finished the next day. He is a friendly and hard working man! Thank you, Allen.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Global Green Tree Service. The general manager, Allen Wilson, came out and gave me a free estimate on trimming two trees that hadn’t been trimmed in 12 years since my father passed. The price was very reasonable for what I wanted done. He came back the next morning and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased. He was very professional and courteous, showing his expertise in tree trimming and showing respect for what I told him about my dad’s work by doing it exactly the way my dad had always done it, especially since I had no knowledge of what needed to be done. I will be hiring him again once I’m ready for the landscaping of my front yard. My brother and neighbor commented on how well it was done.

The owner, Allen, walked through my property with me discussing what I wanted to accomplish and ideas for how to do what I was considering. I had a good sense of what I wanted already, but on the things I wasn't really sure about or wasn't as particular on, he helpfully provided ideas and options from a landscaper's prospective.  He brought me samples of material to choose from before and during the job. He explained what the work would take in terms of time, materials and cost so I could decide which items I wanted to go ahead and do or not. He also made clear what my part would be in the project, such as what I needed to do following the planting of the grass in order to have it grow successfully (watering frequency and for how long). 
Initially my priorities were extending the fence and basic clean-up to look nice for a barbecue I was having, which turned out great. Everyone complemented the yard and how much better the fence looked. Following the bbq, the project turned into preparation for selling the house. Alan had two other crew members working with him on the job. Each day tools and materials were packed up or put away in an obscure area so the yard never looked messy. Just before the bbq, they put down new dirt to edge the lawn and freshen the flower beds. They also relocated some flowers from where I didn't want to a spot that made more sense.
 
It was not the ideal time to plant grass due to it being just prior to a heat wave, so as a result it was difficult to keep the ground consistently wet. Plus it was my teenager's job to water the grass, and you know how reliable they can be. Therefore, there ended up being several patches that didn't grow. Although he had nothing to do with why it didn't grow, Allen came back without charging me and put down more seeds to fill in the gaps and covered with straw to keep the birds from eating them. By the time my house went up for sale the new grass had grown in. I now have the greenest grass on the block and can see that my yard was basically a bunch of weeds with a little bit of grass  before, as seen by the current difference between my neighbors yard and mine.
I am glad I decided to go with Global Greens Tree Service. The service was exceptional, all staff who came to my home were friendly and professional, and they obviously take pride in what they create and in the satisfaction of their customers. To me this was a great example of autographing your work with excellence.  I ended up keeping the house, and have hired them again for additional yard clean-up. I also hope to have them remove that annoying pine tree on my neighbors rental property that hangs over my driveway, if I can convince my neighbor to agree to it. I've already referred several of my family members and friends to Global Green's Tree Service.

They brought 3 people to further harass us and pressuring them to pay them the $2000 instead of what the contract said.  The contract said they could pay monthly and they wanted it now.  Before they left they threatened to take us to court.
