Our company motto is humane and discreet meaning we cause the animals the least amount of stress as possible. When we take a job we aim to bring the customer satisfaction and a sense of ease knowing that the problem is taken care of in a safe and humane manor. There are unlicensed trappers out there that may offer there work for cheap, but more often than not the customer will end up having to call a professional shortly after. When a dead rat was found, the service person refused to remove it stating, “[they] didn’t want to get their clothes dirty.” Bait and switch service. No pun intended. I’ve never been unhappier with a service in my life. I will never use this company for any reason whatsoever."
