After approximately one year, shingles began blowing off during strong winds. Maher took several weeks to address the problem. Second wind took more shingles off and was not addressed for several weeks. Maher blamed the shingle manufacture and replaced a few shingles. (He was to reroof a section of roofing per manufacture of shingles.) Problem recurred the next year during high winds and was not addressed! After a few months, another contractor addressed the problem and found a large number of singles had not been nailed and took corrective action. Maher has never followed up after 6 months.
