Cliff and team were really helpful, responsive, and effective in helping me trap and remove a family of 4 skunks. They both set traps and cleared them (when needed) early mornings, alerting me of their presence but not bothering me. They were very unobtrusive in their work. Also we ended up trapping one animal on a Friday night right before an outdoor party at the house, and Cliff came early on a Saturday to remove the skunk so the party was unaffected. I am extraordinarily grateful for the team's help!

Fantastic.  They were attentive, patient, the process took some time and the traps they set paid off and the vents they closed are well done.  If we have an animal problem again, we'd use them.

There were several charges. Caught one skunk and a possum, so each time he took a critter away there was a charge to remove and reset the trap. The skunks were pretty smart. They gave me a bid of $1500 to dig out around the house, place wire mesh and secure so the skunks could not get back in. I hired my neighbor and his brother to do it and the cost was about $600, but no everyone has a neighbor and his brother that need side work.

It went very well.  We are relieved that nothing is living under or house.

I contacted Cliff after we heard some scratching noises, maybe in the attic, two nights in a row.  He came to the house and took a quick look outside which was enough to verify that some animal had tried to enter the home up under the eaves, but had not succeeded.  We both had busy schedules, but after exchanging some phone calls and e-mails we were able to arrange a day that worked for both of us.  We also knew we had some broken screens in the crawl space vents, so we had Cliff quote us for repairing those (prior to arrival).  Cliff laid down some clean floor covering where he accessed the hatch, and went down into the crawl space. I also appreciated that he brought a powerful electric work light with him.  Too often I have experienced contractors who work in semi-darkness.  Just can't do a good job in the dark!  It took a few hours for cliff to screen over the vents on the inside (with wire and bolts drilled into the foundation) and inspected for any signs of animals - none found.  At a later date he did the work on the outside of the house, when he had a helper for the ladder (because it was 2.5 stories up).  He believed a critter had been scraping at he molding up under the eaves while standing on the horizontal section of the downspout pipe.  I had left him some paint to cover up the scrape marks, and he installed spikes on the downspout to make that position less useable by a critter.  Over all I found Cliff easy to work with, friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable.  Thanks Cliff.   We'll definitely use you again and recommend you to our neighbors.

Closed bat entry portals and left a tube for bats to evacuate but not re-enter.  Also sealed all possible portal entries into roof line.  Left the tubs for a month or more and then came back removed the tubes and sealed everything.  Very professional.  Always on time and when they said - said what they would do an did what they said.  We thought they provide a great service.  Very knowledgeable about bat habitat in Oregon and how to safely relocate them.

Cliff returned my phone call right away and came out the same day. He and his son were friendly and professional. Cliff explained what he observed and was sure there was only a single animal (no chance of babies left in the borrow this time of year). They assessed the situation, set two traps and we waited. The skunk was caught the second night. Cliff and his son returned very shortly after I reported the trap had been "tripped" and removed the live skunk in the trap to relocate. I have filled the borrow and it has not been disturbed, so there were no additional skunks in the borrow and none have "moved in," The fee was definitely worth every penny to remove the animal and prevent my dog from getting sprayed again!.

My experience with CCP went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. The gentleman from CCP showed up exactly when he said he would. His demeanor was polite, and he answered all of our questions and ease our nerves with the confidence that he would be able to get rid of our bats, and most importantly he was able to get the job done. On his check up visit for the attic the employee was just as courteous as well as punctual. When your dealing with CCP you can tell these guys know there stuff, and will see the job to the end. I would have no qualms about hiring CCP in the future.
