"David did a great job lining our root-infested sewer pipe using the NuFlow technology. He was extremely responsive and professional. The city of Milwaukie had concerns that our sewer line was partied with one of our neighbors and David came out on a Saturday to do a dye test to ensure there wasn't a problem at no extra charge. "I think they handled it well. Their gentleman that did the inspection came up with a lot of pictures and showed me everything and represented the process well and followed through. The gal in the office over their operations couldn't be more thorough and I liked that. I knew what was going on at all times. I was a little confused at times, but I've never cleaned out a crawlspace before! The gal was great at explaining and helping me understand. Our realtor was very impressed with the whole process as well. It's hard to find people that their reps and gal had. They were helpful, stayed up-beat and positive the whole way. He was responsive, came out right away to give us an estimate. We asked if he would be able to work within our timeline and he was. He put in the LVT flooring throughout our kitchen, living room and hallway - it's beautiful and tiled the backsplash, also lovely. When we ran into an issue with our hood venting he was able to fix that with no issues. We were able to order all the materials through him and the cost includes materials and labor. The pricing wasn't much different than a big box store, and being able to work directly with him and not a third party was much nicer. We will use him again when it's time to remodel the bathroom!"
