"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "My carport collapsed from very wet, heavy snow. Even though it was a very busy time for him, Matt Hunter came up with a week of when I contacted him. The final cost of the job was less than his estimate and the new carport is much sturdier and better looking than the previous one. He also installed two handrails for the staircase inside my house and a grab bar in my shower. The cost was more than fair and the quality of the finished work was great. I would highly recommend Matt for any construction project."

They first tried to troubleshoot the old air conditioning unit, they were very good in explaining about the work, and they help us realize that investing on our old air conditioning will not be cost effective, and that the explanation that they gave was very informative and thorough. "It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. "I could not be more happy with my experience with Twin City painting! They are professional from start to finish. They have so many years of experience in this area it shows in their work and end product! The communication was great from top to bottom. I had LOTS of questions and they were all answered in great detail. The employees are clearly engaged and honest. The salesman/estimator, Seth, was fantastic and then the project manager, Ian, was just a pleasure to work with. Very detail oriented and always goes the extra mile. The painters were efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. They kept a very clean job site. I can't find an area of the house I'm not pleased with. They paint the house by hand and have an amazing 7 year warranty! Painting by hand is more expensive than painting with sprayers, but the qualify, customer service and long warranty make it more than worth it! I will use this company in the future and recommend to all of my family/friends!"
