These were a couple of knowledgable, hard-working guys, who did a great job, in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.

They were professional and responsive and scheduled an emergency repair for the weekend. Was given about 15 min notification ahead of time that the technician was nearby which was nice. Technician was professional and thorough. The problem ended up being much, much less of an issue than it seemed. They fixed the problem and were willing to agree on a lower price for the service that better reflected what was done considering the minor issue. We are thankful to have our AC back.

Our furnace recently went out. The likely cause was a bad igniter, but we called in Sky, which had purchased the previous family-owned firm we had used for the original installation and maintenance over the years. It was easy to schedule, and they put us on a call list for same-day if an opening came up unexpectedly. An opening, did, indeed occur. And a tech was at our house that afternoon. He diagnosed a broken igniter and replaced it quickly. The cost was about $330, which was on the very high end of what to expect for such a repair, but still within the price range you can find on repair estimator sites, particularly for an last-minute repair. All in all, it was a good experience.

They installed the heating system correctly but they didn't finalized the permit. I called them back to re inspect it. The sales person was good but the installation was bad. The customer service related to the installation was F.

The tech was very knowledgeable and kind. They took good care of me regarding the situation.

On July 20, 2017 Sky Heating & Air Conditioning replaced a failed capacitor in our air conditioning unit. We then used the unit for the month of August and part of September. A few days ago, we started the unit for the first time for this season, and it no longer worked. I called early this morning to schedule a service call, got the answering service, and was told I'd get a call back during normal business hours. I did not get a call. So I called later that morning. I asked the scheduler if I was going to be charged for a service call to check on the installation of this part. She said I would. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I would receive a call back. I did not. So late in the day I called again and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that they only return without charge if it is within 30 days of the service call. I said I was happy to pay if there was some other issue with the unit, however, if the part they installed failed, I should not be obligated to pay to replace it. The manager refused. She said the part was under warranty but their labor was not. Apparently, these people do not stand behind their work. Incidentally, we are in the market to replace our large unit, but we will not ask these folks for a bid. Pretty dumb on their part. I now have no interest in doing business with them.

My wife and I had used Sky Heating to replace an entire heating system at our previous home. That job sold us on their integrity as a company, so when we needed to replace the AC unit at our new home we never considered getting multiple quotes. We just called Sky. Greg Douglass (same system designer that met with us for our previous job) arrived on schedule and was very professional and personable in reviewing the job and providing us with an immediate estimate, which we accepted on the spot. Three days later Erik and Uziel arrived with the new unit and it was installed by the end of the day. They installed a Trane side discharge AC unit and upgraded the furnace filter. We love the side discharge unit because rain, snow, and falling debris from trees can't drop into the unit and onto the fan like it does in vertical discharge units. The refrigeration line was rerouted from along the wall in the garage (where it was in the way of a wall renovation project) to the crawl space where it belonged in the first place. The drain line was also rerouted to dump into the laundry room drain, and the exhaust from the gas water heater brought up to code. Erik and Uziel are both meticulous craftsmen. The installation of the new unit is neat and clean. Uziel performed the sheet metal cabinetry for the new filter and the craftsmanship is excellent. Both were professional and friendly and never hesitated to answer questions and explain the installation process. Based on past experience we know that Sky Heating doesn't walk away if there's ever a problem. They stand by their equipment and installation warranties and have always treated us with courtesy and respect. We will continue to use Sky heating to service our AC and gas furnace. We highly recommend them.

Our 20+ year old furnace & A/C system failed and we found the replacement bid from Sky Heating & A/C to be best for our needs. Once we agreed to the price/ product choices it took only 1 day for the 2 very experienced installers to work their magic and got us back in the warmth and comfort of a temperature controlled environment with a new thermostat to boot.

Morgan was a delight! Punctual, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and all around nice guy.

Excellent service. Morgan went out of his way to help us get the job done. Upon arriving it was determined that the scope of the job was bigger than we thought, but Morgan went and got the supplies he needed and finished the job that day. He also gave me some pointers on the furnace, filters etc. We will call Sky to work on our heating and cooling systems from now on.

From the beginning with Brett was amazing! He explained things clearly. He was patient and responded to all our questions. He was very knowledge about the product line and company. It was a genuine pleasure working with him. He made the process simple and painless. The installers were Dave and Mike. They were very professional and courteous. They worked efficiently. They were ahead of schedule. The expertise they exhibited put us at ease about the installation. They took time to explain how to operate things properly. All the service from beginning to end was beyond our expectation. Will recommend to all our customers and friends.

Jason went above and beyond! He was so persistent trying to fix our gas furnace. He brought an expert in our type of system. I can sincerely say that if Jason had not communicated and explained things to us as professionally as he did we would of not considered replacing our heating and cooling system. We appreciate his honestly. I think that anyone that has him service there unit is very fortunate. He is not only honest but very knowledgable. As a consumer I have a great appreciation for anyone in a profession that asks for help and/or assistance when needed. I feel he was kind and sensitive to what our options were and communicated them clearly.

Mike and Dave were both friendly and efficient. Brett sold us on the system. The Sky Heating and Air employees are knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to a friend Special thanks to Mike for the thoughtful installation so sheetrock had space behind the Air handler, new construction.

I had Karin come out to my home and was very impressed with her knowledge and effort to do what we wanted to be done. We we're very happy with our choice to work with Sky Heating the installer Uziel was very easy to work with and left everything nice and clean. We would recommend Sky Heating to all of our friends and family!!

After diagnosis trip I had called several times to get a quote on repair. After nearly 3 business days was told they were waiting to hear back from the vendor about the part? Part was under warranty, so I really just needed to know the amount of their labor to make a decision as to whether to replace the unit or proceed with the repair. After wasting a weekend and three business days I decided to have another company come take a look. Heat Relief came out for another $109 the next day and determined that I needed the same part and refrigerant so we decided to just replace the unit. After discussing the service with them decided on going with a larger unit because a 3 ton doesn't sufficiently cool our home anyway. We also decided to save some extra money and replace our furnace at the same time because it is 30 years old and not efficient. Really wish it could have worked out with Sky but sometimes you gotta cut your losses and go with a company that is more responsive.
