"Eugene and his team were very professional and did a great job with my kitchen floor. During the demo part, they ran into some unplanned issues with the flooring, and then later with the tile itself but they always made it work or suggested the best options to move forward. The job was completed on time and the finished floors looks great."

"Hired to clean my gutters, I assumed the cleaning would entail wiping down the outside of the gutters. After that did not happen, I carefully read description and yes the outside was not included, very disappointed. Honestly it took them 20 mins for $139 to clean the inside of gutters, I have no trees around my house, an easy clean obviously. Maybe next time go the extra 10 mins and wipe down the outside too."

"Dave came out and estimated the work within a couple days of calling. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions on what he felt was the best solution for my very worn, weathered decks. I appreciated the fact that Dave was on time and finished the work within a few days as promised. I was impressed at how much pride he takes in his work and that fact that he does not take any shortcuts. In fact, he included additional work that he felt was needed at no extra cost. I am very pleased with the work he did and and the amount paid for the work. The total cost included about $200-$250 for a specific brand of stain I requested, which was a little spendy (but very good quality). Overall, Dave did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him."

"After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."

"EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WITH THE ESTIMATE AND THE INITIAL INSTALLATION, BUT THEN THE PERSON DOING THE WORK DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR 2 DAYS( WE LATER LEARNED HAD VEHICLE TROUBLE) BUT WE JUST SHUT DOWN THE JOB AS NOT MUCH AS LEFT TO DO AND WE NEEDED TO MOVE FORWARD. "I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "
