Tile Guys Oregon LLC are incredible! The tiled my bathroom floor with a beautiful and elegant black tile. They were professional and had great communication. They are easy to work with. They are quite skilled. You can tell they have a lot of experience in the field. They really are artists! Their prices are reasonable for the tile market! I’m definitely going to hire them for more work. I highly recommend them!

We had a badly installed shower floor replaced by the tile guys in October 2018. It was beautiful and appeared well done when complete. They were fast and appeared diligent and skillful during the repair work. 5 years later, we saw the pebble tile floor starting to fail. It began sinking in multiple locations and chipping grout, allowing water to weep between and under the pebble tile causing its substrate to dissolve, causing the tile above it to sink in the dissolved cavity. After hiring another team to demo the shower floor for the second time, we're seeing that substandard practices and materials were contributing to the tile floor failure. Our current repair team still doesn't understand why there was foam installed under the pebble tile waterproofing "fabric layer". Also, the mortar used to attempt to fuse the tile to the fabric never did adhere and the new team was able to easily and cleanly pull the pebble tile and mortar off of the fabric with their fingers.

Absolutely wonderful! Rick an son Mike Are the absolute best. Prices are reasonable but most importantly they go Above and beyond what is required. All was cleaned up and left in great shape After job finished. Plus guidance through What needed to be done what extremely helpful.

I hired the Tile Guys Oregon to build me a new shower, after our old one had to be partially demolished. They came, gave us a quote, and did the work to create a beautiful looking shower. However, about 3 years later, the shower they built has started to leak into the room next to it, and we've tried reaching out multiple times by email and by phone to see if they can help fix or repair the leak, but have gotten no response over a month. It is unacceptable that we paid thousands of dollars to have them build us a shower that started leaking after a few years, and that they are not responsive at all when asking them to come take a look and troubleshoot the issue. We have now not been able to use the shower for over a month, and are very frustrated and disappointed with our experience.

Richard and Michael, the Tile Guys, are amazing guys to work with. Great communication, on time and showed up every day to do outstanding tile work. I highly recommend them and, as a Realtor, I will definitely use them again and tell my clients about them.

The Tiles Guys Oregon are a father and son team who know their stuff. They tore out my old fiberglass insert shower and completely rebuilt and tiled my new large shower. They are easy to work with, reasonable, reliable and do really quality work. Sometimes remodeling can be very stressful but they made it a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend them.

Rich and Michael are great to work with. This is the second project we have hired them for and they continue to surpass our expectations for quality and budget. They completed the work on time and within our budget. The shower stall came out fantastic and really demonstrated the skill of their craft. Everything was set very well, with clean lines and grout. We wanted to hire Oregon Tile Guys to remodel our old shower because they seem to do great work, but of course, we'll never know. They came to our house, were polite, and gave us a reasonable estimate and a timeline for the project. We agreed to the project, chose some tile for the project, and were looking forward to the remodel. Unfortunately, the Tile Guys completely ghosted us. We texted, called, and emailed them multiple times and they never responded. I don't know what happened or if there was an emergency or anything, but it's been a month or more since we last spoke to them and an explanation as to what happened would have been nice. The project was supposed to start this month. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful. Our general contractor was way behind schedule but they worked beautifully with him. We wanted a heated floor and a linear drain in the shower. No problem. They went to great effort to make attractive cuts that balanced the room. They were always pleasant and prompt. Their communication was great--I want to work with them as much as possible!

My husband and I are picky so for us to write a glowing review about Rick and Mike is a testament to their great work. We had our master bathroom remodeled in April and it was a BIG job. They demoed the entire bathroom and installed new tile flooring (heated) and totally rebuilt the shower (neo angle style) that required extreme attention to detail for the glass shower walls and doors to fit correctly. They were great to work with and we always felt comfortable leaving them alone in our house while we were away. The completed project is beautiful and we’ve had many positive compliments about it. If they’re not tired of us, we will gladly have them back for two more projects that we intend to have done.

The Tile Guys did a floor and shower in our master bathroom almost a year ago and we are very happy with the work done, the professionalism, and responsiveness to our questions. I wrote about these guys right after they did the work but wanted to write another review because they just finished replacing a tile that cracked in the shower (I've heard this can happen due to wall or floor settling/shifting) and we are so happy with how Rick and his son responded and took care of the tile. Not a lot of contractors reply to a warranty issue as quickly and professionally as these guys and it says they stand by their work. I highly recommend them for their great work, fair prices, and excellent service!

Our tiling project was complex, requiring underfloor heating coils and large 3'x3' porcelain tiles, which are awkward to maneuver. Rick and Michael were great problem solvers, kept the job site clean, and finished on time without sacrificing quality. The final product is beautiful. They're also genuinely good human beings. I highly recommend working with them.

The Tile Guys are outstanding! They are true craftsmen, and it shows in their work. They are not happy unless the job is perfect. The tiles are absolutely aligned perfectly, and they hand-selected the tiles to make sure the tile pattern looks balanced. We wanted to install a frameless shower, and found out that if the wall is not precisely 90 degrees with the floor, it has gaps. When we installed the shower, it was absolutely perfect to the millimeter! Almost as important as their craftsmanship, the Tile Guys are super easy to work with. They are a small father and son team that really enjoy their work, and it's a pleasure to work with them! They communicate well, and point out problems before they happen. They worked with us to figure out where (and how big) to put a niche, a shower bench, and a soap shelf. Everything came out perfectly! We can't recommend them highly enough! They are truly outstanding!
