"David listens to the needs of his clients. Really listens. He provides lists of houses to preview that fit his clients needs. David is very good at communicating and negotiating with the other realtors involved in the transaction. I have experienced David as a buyer for my home and a seller for a family member's home. He did his homework and was able to obtain the best prices. His long experience as a realtor is evident in his awareness of structural issues a house may have. David has an excellent list of service providers for any repairs or renovations desired. Portland has many neighborhoods and David has sold homes in them all. David provides excellent guidance in Portland's difficult real estate market. I highly recommend David as a buyer's or seller's agent.
