+ -1 moreSohee was excellent to work with in selling our Happy Valley home. Sohee has an Operations Manager, Lauren, who is “On it!". Once we had put our full faith in Sohee and Lauren to sell our home, and followed their advice verbatim, we found time which allowed us to breath in between our busy work schedules and packing. Together, these two professionals pack a one-two punch! They were very responsive to emails, text messages and phone calls. We never felt as if “They aren’t available to us…” They were ALWAYS available to us! How refreshing! Lauren organized a full assortment of vendors (a handyman to fix things, carpet stretching, staging consultants, house cleaners, etc.) for us to interview - (a real time saver!) and worked to keep us informed of what we needed to do and when. And when it came time to negotiate the sale, we stood back and let Sohee work her magic. She is a truly gifted negotiator with years of experience and deep insight into the market. I am so glad she was on our team! Looking back on the process and time spent with them, we feel like we accomplished a great deal - with limited stress to our budget- largely due to Sohee and Lauren. If you are looking for a Team that really cares about the clients’ needs and really listens, look no further! Thank you Sohee and Lauren!

With her help, we ended up getting over 20,000 over asking. She has also helped us navigate buying two other homes throughout the course of us working with her since living in Portland. She helped us get a very reasonable price, and navigate the entire process. She is confident, competent, easy to communicate with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!

She met us at every house, walked through with us, and pointed out things we'd never have thought of. She is very well connected in the real estate world of the Portland area, and everywhere we went with her she met a number of colleagues, always with a smile, a first name, and an introduction. She put us in the best possible position to have our offer accepted on our dream house. She gave us excellent recommendations on everything from inspectors, contractors, a handyman, a lawn care service, a housekeeper, and even a piano tuner! She explained every step of the process, every document that needed to be signed, every negotiation, every detail. I didn't think it was possible to buy a house so quickly and easily.

Description of Work: On initial consultation, Sohee established our needs and wants, both in a home and neighborhood. She gave us a run down on the current real estate market for the area, including the price trends, neighborhood conditions and amenities. She explained to us the process of buying a home, very helpful as first time home buyers. She gave us suggestions based on her years of experience and extensive knowledge of the real estate market. She always gave us the facts and let us make the decisions. She sent us listings of available homes and accommomadated our schedules for home viewing. We were out of town so she picked us up and dropped us off to/from airport, hotel, etc. When we decided to terminate the contract after home inspection findings, she demonstrated exceptional patience, guided us through the process and completed all the necessary paperworks, while on her vacation with her family. We were so impressed by her dedication to her client. Sohee made sure that we understood all the subtleties of negotiating a real estate contract, on offers, counteroffers and rejections, She gave us support and encouragement when we didn't get the home. She always put our interest first. Sohee reviewed all property information, including property disclosures and preliminary property reports and explained the significance as indicated. She communicated with listing agents, escrow officers, mortgage broker and home inspectors and coordinated all the necessary paperworks and tasks in order to meet all the deadlines. She always kept us informed on the progress at each step. Overall, what made Sohee an exceptional agent is that she really took care of us, every step of the way. Words can't described how much we appreciated her thoughtfulness and dedications. We are so happy with our home and neighborhood!

+ -1 moreFor about 2 months, Sohee has showed us numerous properties in the Beaverton, Lake Oswego and Portland area. With her professional opinions and extensive experience in the real estate matket, we were able to decide on 2 properties, 1 in South Waterfront and 1 in Cedar Hills area. The sale of the first property went through smoothly without much incident, however, the 2nd one was with many bumps along the way. All of which were either caused by the seller, the seller's realtor, the title company... We were quite frustrated by these people, but Sohee remained calm and patient, dealt with them diplomatically and professionally, while ensuring deadlines were met. We would definitely seek her help again if we need to buy another property. She is very hard working, detailed oriented, and punctual. She is not pushy, she listens to and respects her clients' views and opinions. I am very impressed that at the end of each transaction, I received a huge binder, containing all the related sales documents, such as, the sales contract, appraisal report, home inspection report, closing documents...all neatly organized, I have worked with other well known realtors in town, I have to say Sohee met all me expectations and beyond. We would highly recommend her services.

She explains everything, is well connected in the industry and I was able to see many properties in my price range and even some that were not, but with updating, could be a good fit. When I ultimately decided to hit pause, she has patiently stayed in touch in a supportive and encouraging way. Outstanding professional!
