"I initially contacted a number of companies to come out and look at basically redoing the outside of our home. ?I got a low cost bid that from a cost perspective looked very attractive, but I felt like I was chasing them to get final bids, start dates, etc... "Unlike several other local companies, Kirill from KVN responded very quickly and was almost immediately available to come give an estimate. I was already deep into the demo, reframing, and window replacement work myself, and I felt no pressure at all from Kirill to have his company finish those jobs. He was open and helpful, and simply asked what parts of the job I was looking to have his company do. Kirill even answered several of my questions about window install best practices. He also made helpful suggestions about the project and pointed out example details and options on nearby homes. He took the time to explain the process and the materials—giving us several options, but also being understanding about our budget. We opted to have KVN install siding, new fascia and trim, and do the painting. KVN did a fantastic and fast job of getting the Hardie up—even in torrential rain.
