There was no sales pressure with the free estimate. The quality work was completed timely.

Work crew called and asked if they could come about 30 minutes early, Was happy to have them come early. A three man crew showed up and introduced them selfs and explain the paperwork and how to fill it out and what items I needed top return. mTook off their shoes while we did a. walk thru. Went straight to work put down protection plastic. Was very impressed with there professionalism work ethic. I text message Ryan, my salesman and let him know. He was very helpful when he came to give me an estimate and had some very helpful suggestions. Ryan made several comments other companies did not even ask about and showed me exactly what was needed and what was not needed, saving me money. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He informed me of the rebates from the state and how they would handle all the paper work for me. If I need any other work done, I will use this company again

Still evaluating the effect of doing the attic insulation. Awaiting a state rebate. Contractor is filing the application.

I would have liked a supervisor to inspect the job and send pictures of the job done! Other than a no follow up on his crew, Justin was very professional! And yes, I would hire them again with a promise of a follow up by a manager.

Our team was punctual, professional and very tidy and affordable. Very impressed with this companyâ s process, from estimate to execution.

His company sent out a rep to do an evaluation and not only gave me the lowest price but found all the rebates that were applicable to my job.. in the end and almost $2,000 job ended up on me cost me $151. I highly recommend this company to anybody needing insulation. Receptionist or coordinator there Amy was the best.

They worked with me on everything. answered every e mail and phone call.

work was done to my satisfaction. I would prefer a confirmation follow-up call the day before the work will be done. They do not call the day before so I called them. They said they would only call if they were not going to show up.

Odd communication with the actual staff that performed the work. They gave me an envelope with the invoice an document to write the credit card info on and a check sheet for when they were done to verify everything was complete and clean up happened. The installers never knocked on the door again to collect this info or do a walk around they just left. They did a fine job but left debris in the yard and in the street. The company emailed an invoice to me a week later to collect funds. Possibly due to the Pandemic that is occurring but not sure????

Very easy to work with. They were able to get the job scheduled and done within a couple weeks. The blown insulation is now up to the proper standard, and we are enjoying a much more temperate home.

I hired Northwest Weatherization to blow insulation into the walls of my 1956 ranch. They showed up on time, performed the work as expected and cleaned up throughly when they were done. I was happy with their work and plan on having them blow insulation into my attic next. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The guys at NW Weatherization did an excellent job installing additional insulation in my attic and crawlspace. They also reattached the exhaust fan boot. I can tell that the added insulation is helping keep my home warmer since the furnace doesn't come on as often and run as long. Thank you Ryan and everyone at NW Weatherization!

Blake and his co-worker were very efficient and completed the job much sooner than I expected. I asked him to take me into the crawlspace to show me the finished product, and compare it to what Kevin (the Estimator) and I had agreed on. Blake was very accommodating and explained everything in detail. Clean-up was very good. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The two Daniels showed up on time and immediately went to work. They completed the job in less then two hours (1200 sq ft), including clean up. Very friendly and professional installers. Kevin who did the estimate told me that my crawl space did not heed new installation,which is the reason I had originally call this company. Since the next project on my list was attic installation, he was kind enough to do an inspection and give me a estimate on the spot. When the invoice came I was surprised that it was $200.00 more then Kevin had quoted. I call Northwest and got a hold of Amiee. She explained that the $200.00 difference was a rebate and she was doing the paperwork and it should kick in in about 2 or 3 weeks. Great team to deal with.
