In fact, his company was the only such contractor I could find nearby. I am retired and spend most of my time at my property but this did not distract Dave, his work was focused, knowledgeable and precise. He identified and repaired quirks in the old plumbing and electrical that had annoyed me for years, restoring peace of mind. Dave created a beautiful compact kitchen where there had been only a homemade plywood cabinet and sink (the house is 100 years old). He also improved my adjoining laundry room, adding cabinets and a sink. I really enjoyed the experience because Dave is personable, humorous, dependable and great with dogs!
