"We’ve hired Tony for multiple projects ; He built us a large shed, created a laundry room in our garage and even built a 700 sq ft ADU for us. We had him do the majority of the work and we did the finishes like tiling and painting. He was our general contractor and builder for the ADU. He was reliable and got the work done when he said he would. He communicated well and gave us options and ideas for making our projects better. His work is top notch, and I was never worried that he was going to disappear without finishing like so many contractor horror stories you hear. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
