We only bring people that we know or who come highly recommended to the job site. We use a small group of very reliable licensed subs for plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. We stand behind our work and the work of all of our subs. We do all aspects of Residential Remodeling; Basement, Garage, and Attic Conversions, Additional Dwelling Units. Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels. Basement foundation wall/floor sealing. Decks and Porches, exterior painting, and fences. Flooring, tile, built-ins, stairs, drywall, etc. We also do handy man repairs/jobs...all aspects of home maintenance and repair. "Excellent! The Sundogs, crew of 3, did a marvelous job of changing my wet and moist basement into a beautiful apartment. Floor was removed and a subcontractor hired to replace the floor after complicated drainage system and sump pumps were installed. Due to the small crew and the complicated problems, it took longer to finish, but I have now a beautiful apartment in my basement. They are dear and honest people who work hard. Thank you Sundogs!"

"I contracted with TVP for engineering plans for a home addition in February, 2023. The sales person Phil McDodson, made an agreement to stay with the project through to the permit but walked away as soon as the county required additional information. At that point Janae Spinney stepped in and would not quit on me until that promise was complete. A special thanks to Joseph and Caleb for getting us through to the end. Every engineer and staff member with TVP was polite, knowledgeable and saw the job through. It was just approved January, 2025. Great company and I appreciate all you did for us!"
