Originally, I called Structured Holdings L.L.C. for a deck repair bid on a home I was in contract to purchase. Aaron completed the bid, but I did not buy the home.   3 wks. Later I bought a different home & Aaron completed a few beautiful upgrades! He installed (2) new doors, a barn door with an attractive interface, and a basement privacy door. He also installed custom banister railings to my upstairs, including a removal piece for access as needed. The design was unique and considering it was a concern of mine - he did an outstanding job! He also installed (3) new handrails to code. The paint job was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Aaron was punctual, his work is amazing, and he is reasonably priced. He showed lots of patience with me being a new homeowner by guiding me with my list of needs and safety concerns. I will be calling Structured Holdings L.L.C. again soon! Aaron was very prompt, professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. He removed a protruding bench-like structure from the entire length of our retaining fence which had become a nuisance from the adjacent neighborhood park and he disposed of the wood, etc. Not only did this improve the look of the fence, no one can sit on our fence any more! Aaron also replaced a broken board in another area of our fence and repaired a leaning post. His cost was very reasonable and we will work with Aaron again on our next project. Aaron did a fantastic job on our deck installing stairs and a railing, as well as fixing deck boards, and was very efficient and easy to work with, we would hire structured holdings again with 100% confidence!

The price was very reasonable. Aaron was prompt, precise in his estimate and in his performance. He was very professional as well as personable. He did exactly what he said he would do, he did it when he said he would and he charged what he quoted. Iâ ve recommended him to neighbors and have received compliments on the job he completed.

I hesitated to be the first reviewer for Aaron as my experience was a mixed bag. Aaron Sluder, the owner, did most of the work and was a pleasant person to talk to. He was good at keeping me in the loop and updated. His design for the stairs was what we agreed on, and due to the weather, I think the timeline was kept. I'd rate this 2.5 if I could for the following reasons. The job was to add stairs to our deck (one floor up) toward and down to the backyard. In addition, stain and resurface the existing deck (in good condition as the house is 10 yrs old). Also: Fix the back gate (stellar job on that). The stain was supposed to match the existing deck well-it did not in the end. However several things were poorly done, and had to be redone, and are still not right. Clean-up was poorly done, as sprinkler heads were buried under the mud they left when digging the footings---we had to dig them out), sawdust/nails/other debris was left at this site, and rails are rough with some bare would show through. Slivers can and do happen on the new handrails. Aaron said he would come back to take care of this issue with the buried sprinklers heads and he did not follow up. Additionally, the stain job, even done twice was not up to snuff (as they say where I am from). Two employees left to do the stain/sand job did extremely poor quality work, requiring Aaron/his wife to come back on their own and "make do". I needed to reach out to the company that had stained it twice for us in the past to help out him with how they had done a better job on stain than what we were left with from Structured Holdings/AS. He had to come back and attempt to correct the employee's stain issue, restaining the stairs, resanding, and re-staining the deck---there are still small patches of unfinished decking. Trying to mow with all of the mud on the remaining grass around the new stairs is impossible in some places. We believe we will have to have this stained again next year, which seems excessive as the previous stain work from another company has lasted 3-4 years in the past.

Best contracting experience ever. Aaron was fantastic. Very responsive, prompt, delivered what was promised and is just a pleasure to work with. Unequivocal reference from me. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Aaron was super communicative and he and his team completed our fence project in a very timely and efficient manner! Very happy with them and the work.

Our job with Structured Holdings was a shared fence line about 70-90â . Aaron came out and gave a very thorough bid with all specific materials listed. He was very patient, good natured, a seasoned professional that knows his business. People and materials showed up when promised. Workers were excellent, always here first thing, respected noise levels, and were tidy. Supervisor came by at regular intervals to check progress. While not lighting fast, clearly experienced craftsmen. NO slap and dash. I am very impressed and have already booked a second job.

Aaron was awesome! Straight forward and honest. The project took exactly as long as he said it would and my new fence looks great!

Showed up when expected.

I initially hired Structured Holdings to refinish a deck at our rental. From there they built us a brand-new pergola, and two tubular fences painted our vegetable garden pots and gave our garage a beautiful new look with paint, an epoxy floor, and creative storage solutions. They were always on time, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The only hiccup was my having trouble picking paint colors :). Aaron, the owner of 30+ years in the construction business certainly shows. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects!

My friend refer me to Structured Holdings, and I am thankful for that. After my tenants left they left a big damage to the walls and also house is not new. Structured Holdings removed the old walls, reframed a sliding door and remodeled a ceiling because it was leaking water. Fantastic outcome!
