I needed some siding replaced after a new roof was put on. After removal of two layers of shingles we discovered rot on the 'step down' part of the roof. Aware came out, gave a bid which I accepted. They came out and did the work, which included replacing and painting siding, painting new plywood replaced by roofing company which was open to the elements, and did work on two barge boards and painted them as well. They were on time, courteous, professional in all ways, kept me in the loop as to what they were doing each day, priced fairly and completed the work in 2 1/2 days. I've already contacted them for additional work in the Spring. HIGHLY recommend this company and Omar, Isai & Oscar to anyone who wants professional, great quality work done inside or outside of their home! Photo posted is PRIOR to work done.

We had a fabulous experience with Aware for an intricate kitchen painting project. Omar and Isai are absolutely top notch and professional in every regard: organized, punctual, considerate, dependable. Plus, they are super-nice guys. We worked on an initial game plan together and then successfully and easily collaborated on a few adjustments along the way. Isai and company asked detailed questions and gave competitive bids. Their prep was thorough and the interior paint work very well done. The paint job included rough walls with patching needed and lots of old trim. He made it look amazing. We will be asking for more bids from him in the future.
