"It was very good. The woman was very informative and they provide discount to senior citizens. When the guy came, the guy has mask on. The person that did the work was very friendly and respectful. He worked extra hard. He had a hard time doing it because of the configuration of the pipe, he had to come up and down. He kept working, very nice person. They are reasonable and efficient. Suspecting a leak, I started reading reviews at various sites such as angi.com and google reviews, to find a plumbing company. I called ServicePlus Plumbing based on their glowing reviews. Landon drove out all the way from NE Portland to West Beaverton to evaluate the problem. After monitoring the water meter for several minutes, he told me he didn’t think there was a leak as there was no movement of the needle. He gave me some tips on monitoring the needle over longer periods of time, and a referral to a leak detection service they use. "Our old gas boiler/furnace quit working at the end of January. Roth was very responsive to our dilemma and sent Dale Johnson, Service Technician, to inspect and assess the situation. Dale determined that various parts would need to be replaced, but because of the age of our boiler, parts were no longer available. We made the decision to replace it. Lisa obtained the necessary permits, and Dale continually updated us on status, removed the old boiler and installed the new one in record time (just before the deep freeze hit Oregon).
