He took the time to properly investigate and diagnose the issue, then installed a French Drain that completely resolved the problem. As always, the work was done expertly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is exactly why I’ve trusted Dave with my landscaping for the past 7 years. He treats every project like it’s his own home—always recommending what’s actually needed, never upselling or cutting corners. George Anguiano was friendly and communicative during the project, and even promised to come back for a follow-up walkthrough and to seal the concrete or suggest how it should be done if we wanted to do it ourselves to save money, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, after the job was done, he never followed through. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails over the course of several weeks (even months), we never heard back. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing, especially since we were told those final steps would be part of the service. I would recommend George work if he actually followed up and stood by his word. Ignoring customers after a job is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression, even when the initial work is solid. We just wish he had followed up. "
