The owner, Chase, is very prompt, efficient, great with communication and all around honest person. He has helped us several times with issues with our furnace and a/c. We had an issue with our furnace and were recommended Chase with Elevate Heating & Cooling. We called their office and had an appointment scheduled shortly thereafter. Chase diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Chase was upfront with all communication and pricing and truly explained what the issue was and what was required to fix it. What do you do when your furnace breaks down and there are winter storm warnings on the TV? You get on the phone to Elevate and talk to Chase. I had chosen the soonest available appointment on Home Advisor. Chase wanted to reschedule for an earlier and far more convenient time, despite what HA said. He also said he’d be there regardless of the weather. He was maybe four minutes late and greeted me at the door apologizing for it. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fortunately, he had the proper branded part for my furnace. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Chase did a great job installing our 95% energy efficient furnace yesterday. It is so quiet and we love it. It helps my allergy since it brings new fresh air from outside. It gives us tax credit. He explained everything in detail, repaired the damaged gas line, and prepared the entire air/heat system for winter.
