Jake is really good in making sure that your pest problem is taken care of even if they have to come again. You may have to call them over and over again just to reach them, because when you leave a message they are not good about returning your call. We had to keep calling until someone answered the phone after using their service, so they could come and do a follow up. Once they answered they were really prompt in following up.
