They were prompt, professional, and worked extremely fast. It was also great that Chuck, a certified arborist, came out for the estimate, as I was abke to learn quite a bit about my trees and make decisions appropriately. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. We had a few quotes that were cheaper but all were leaving something out, such as not cutting down the problem tree, or not grinding stumps, or not having an arborist who could advice the tree trimming for optimum health and growth. Therefore, ultimately, Arbor Masters was the best deal.

The tree's shape was restored with minimal damage to the rest of the tree. Great job and all the trimmings were removed.

They came at the time they said, performed the work as provided in estimate and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

We have used them for a decade.  They are responsive, knowledgeable and professional.  they make sure the investment you have in your landscape keep on "growing".

They were the lowest bidder among 5 services contacted. They came on the date promised. Removed the trees, ground down the stumps, cleaned up after themselves. They also helped us with some extra debris that their equipment handled quickly and easily. They were very pleasant and professional and considerate of our property.

They did a good job with the trimming. The trees survived the winter, and they are looking good. I did find them to be a bit pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it.

They were very good, and they had great rates as well. I would recommend them , they cleaned up after themselves as well.

They responded to my estimate request within the hour of my email. Estimate was done within 3 business days. Took not quite 2 weeks to schedule my job but they finished it in a single day. They did the estimate and the job while I was at work so I never actually met or saw anyone. They did a great job and cleaned up the bits and pieces after themselves. I was pleased and would use them again.

In the past I also have had them do some trimming. I give them all A's and I will use them again in the future.

The company representative answering the phone was couteous and professional. We made arrangement for the sales representative to come out a few days later. Due to a mix-up in scheduling, the sales representative did not arrive at the appointed time but the problem was quickly remedied, with my meeting with him on the same date. Fortunate for me I am retired so this was not a problem for me. He arrived promptly for the next agreed upon time and was very professional. My initial call was to get the elm trimmed but as he walked through my yard, he spied an insect problem with my redbud; a problem that I knew I had but had not taken the time to have it properly analyzed. He assessed the health of the elm and recommended a course of treatment for the bugs that were invading the tree with Dutch Elm disease and the trimming. The estimate, provided separately for the trimming, fertilizing and insecticide, was reasonable and I agreed to have all of the recommended work done. I was advised that it would be the following week before the trimming would be done. A few days later, the person performing the fertilizing and insecticide arrived. He was courteous and professional. The trimming crew arrived the following week (today) with their bucket truck (which I perfer to mimimize the problem of having someone injured on my property while climbing the tree) and a trash removal truck. Similarly, this crew was courteous, professional and did a good job with the clean-up. I think the rate was reasonable for the heavy duty equipment and the crew of 4 used to perform this operation. I expect to have Arbor Masters out again next spring to continue the fertilizing program for both trees.

I have used them before as well. They were great. They did all the correspondence by email that I liked very much. They gave me an estimate by email because I am a Tulsa master recycler and I don't like to use paper. They submitted their bills immobilized to me. I called them and gave them my credit card number. I liked that ease with the payments. They were on time. They would be there when they said that they were going to be there. They cleaned up their mess and their price was very reasonable.

Efficient, polite, punctual, good judgment, did a good clean up afterwards.

They were the only ones who actually called me at that time and the whole town was pretty wiped out because of the storm. Everybody was busy. Apparently they usually provide service for electrical companies. So they usually go out of town to do their work. They seemed to know what they were doing and cleaned up the mess after cutting the trees. That was all we had expected them to do. We usually trim the trees ourselves but these trees were big and hence we had them come out to get the work done. They were not very cheap but they do have trained arborists. They also have the safety equipment and they just don’t show up only with a saw. They have a big truck with all their stuff and you can see them around the town doing some tree work. The trees look good and everything is looking better. They did a good job. They set up a time to come out even though they were very busy. They did show up and came out for an estimate. They then did the actual work. They came on the day they were supposed to come. If need be, then we would use their services again. We probably might need to call them for trimming the trees since the trees keep growing.

I like the mulch and the way my yard looks now. Very professional service. Met my expectations.

The job supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The crew worked very quickly and the job cost half as much as the next estimate we received. They even cleaned out our gutters without charging extra. I would highly recommend Arbor Masters.

THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF CUTTING DOWN SOME LARGER TREES RIGHT NOW. THEY NEED A DIFFERENT CREW TO HANDLE DIFFERENT SIZES, BUT THE ONE TEAM I HAD COME OUT HERE DID A FANTASTIC JOB.
