I travel extensively and apparently managed to bring home a hitchhiker in one of my bags. This was a devastating discovery for me and I needed help fast. Since I found my problem late on a Saturday I didn't think that I would be able to speak to anyone on the phone that day but I left a message and Kenny called me back almost immediately. He assured me that he would be out first thing the following Monday and told me that this situation was one that he had successfully dealt with many times. When he arrived promptly on Monday morning he helped me calm down and devise a plan of attack. He was very cost conscious and worked with me on my budget. He answered every question and text message that I had, big or small, and helped keep my spirits up during the process. We had our last treatment on 11/1/2017 and everything appears to have been resolved. Kenny offers a 30 day warranty and told me if I have any problems between now and 12/1 to let him know and he will swiftly address it. Kenny is a business owner with integrity and a kind heart.

One of my dogs recently came in contact with fleas and unfortunately this spread into my house. I attempted to eliminate this problem with one of the generic flea bombs that you get at most grocery stores. To my dismay the problem quickly spiraled out of control. In a panic I called the Bug Doctor and spoke to Kenny. He was very knowledgable and walked me through each step of the treatment. The NEXT day he showed up (on time) to begin the treatment. He walked me through what he was about to do and helped set appropriate expectations (teating fleas can be difficult since you can't kill them until they have hatched. So it could take multiple treatments to fully eliminate them). He was quick to follow up after each treatment, was always professional, and always on time. I can't thank Kenny enough for helping me out. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using him from here on out.
