We had a pretty bad flea problem in our home. They were everywhere! Found Emtec on Angie's List and made the call to set an appointment. The gentleman I spoke with was nice, very informative, and helpful as far as info about what we could do beforehand like treating the cat, vacuuming etc. Also explained exactly what they would be doing, what to expect, how long to wait before returning, vacuuming again, etc. I chose the treatment that included the 30 day retreat guarantee and Leo came out two days later as scheduled. He was very friendly and I never felt weird about leaving home for him to lock up when he was done. When we returned after many hours, seemed as though fleas were gone. About a week later, however, we started seeing fleas again. They seemed to be just in one room, but Leo came back out and sprayed the entire house again. That took care of the problem, and we haven't seen a flea since. It was well worth the money and especially with that 30 day guarantee. I would hate to admit how much time and money we spent on sprays and foggers before we called Emtec. I wish we would have called them sooner!!

Saw what I thought was evidence of termites on bathroom wall. Called Emtec. They came out the next day, verified we had termites,and sprayed inside the house, in walls and closets. The technician was very through in spraying every nook and cranny. The next day a different technician came out and installed 10 stations around the house outside to prevent re-infestation.
fAll of the technicians were very professional and informed us about how the treatment would prevent further damage. A technician comes out every 3 months to check the stations to see if there is evidence termites have been feeding there. We will need to renew our contract the first of August in order to continue the quarterly inspection of the stations. I very good experience.

The employees and the company are always polite and professional. The technician who sprays our home is very informative and answers and questions I have about bugs or services. I am always satisfied with the results after they come out and spray.

We have a contract and they show up every two to three months

Cory from EMTEC called me yesterday morning to let me know who would be calling me to set up an appointment for the inspection. A few minutes later Randy called to the appt at noon. Wow that was quick I thought. Randy showed up about 10 minutes early. He was very polite and and explained what he would be doing. When he was finished, he gave me my reports, I paid him, he saw himself out since I am basically bed bound.

A search of the service provided plenty of confidence the house would receive the service we needed.
Made an appointment to do the inspection and chemical application as needed.
Came out on time and told us specifically what he would do.
The inspection proceeded and then talked with us about options.
The first chemical application went well and we were notified we needed more.
He explained through a and quot;Show and Telland quot; why we needed a further application. I know about chemicals and some arachnids.
We agreed on price and when.
He came out again at the perscribed time and proceeded with the application.
We returned at the alloted time and found everything as he had described.
99% of the little critters had been killed. He did mention that all may not be destroyed and be on the lookout. He set out traps so that he could monitor the effectiveness of the application.
We are VERY happy with the outcome.

They were on time, fair priced, efficient in their work and successful in their results!

Very well

Good experience over the phone getting the service set up. Person that I talked to was knowledable and provided all the information that I needed to make a decilsion. Service was on the high end price wise. Technician arrived on time and performed the service according to plan. Had to have him come back after a couple of weeks to spary again. Not unexpected since the home had been without pest contro for some time. Overall the experience wasvery satisfactory.

It's been a little over a week and we seem to be bug-free. We are pleased with the work and the results and have signed up for the bi-monthly service. I would not hesitate to recommend EMTEC for pest control.

Our pest problem has been eliminated, we have not seen any bugs alive in our house since emtec's visit. We thought we were getting just a single application but have somehow gotten on the monthly plan.

We have had no problems

I saw termite activity inside my house and called EMTEC. Set an appt for inspection. Very prompt. He inspected inside and outside and explained what we saw at each point. His recommendation on the services needed was not high pressure sales. Our shop was built 2 years ago and it didn't need to be treated. He was able to give me pricing that left off services that were optional. He was very knowledgable. We set an appt for the installation. The installation guy called to see if I could meet him at the house earlier. He explained what he would be doing and got right to work. He was quick and efficient.Will see if this takes care of the problem. I was pleased with the interaction and felt safe.

Time will tell if this method is effective. However, pleased so far.

I pay $55 per visit, but I don't pay for the visits in between. They have a thing where they won't raise your price if you continue with the monthly contract. In fact, I got a 10% discount for paying for the full year in advance. We have brown recluse spiders so I have needed to call them between visits, but they are amazing. The guy will call on the month between visits and they will provide as many sticky pads as I need. They do outdoor spraying but they will re-spray inside if I am having problems. It is local owned and they are amazing. They are A+ across the board.

It was just as I hoped afforedable and done right can't ask for more than that.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THE PEST CONTROL. WE'VE HAD THEM FOR THREE YEARS, AND THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE GOOD PRICES AS WELL.
