Austin and Brenden Bean were very curtious very kind explained the process and set an amazing expectation for first time use. They even used pet friendly pesticides. They come back in 10 days. Excited to see the results. As well as offer amazing discounts and work with your budget and schedule

Tristan Simpkins was our tech and he did a wonderful job. The bulwark team all does well but I was especially pleased with Tristan. He was timely, communicated well and went above normal expectations. 10/10.

Brandon Redden with Bulwark did a fantastic job with my visit. He not only did our normal spray, but dealt with a hornets nest for me and left me several traps for any ants or critters which will find their way inside in the future. Very friendly, attentive, and professional as well. Ask for this guy the next time you need pest control service!

Great company! I’ve used them before for pest control and I decided to try their mosquito treatment because my backyard is just insane with them. Initially after a couple treatments, I was still having a horrible mosquito issue and was unhappy with the results but then Patrick S. came to treat my home and went above and beyond and found the main source of my mosquito nest area which had previously been missed due to it being a bit hidden. He was very professional, polite, and has been one of the best technicians I’ve had from this company. Definitely will recommend!

Bulwark is an excellent company that listens and cares about their customers needs and satisfaction. They provide a 60 day guarantee on their services so if you still have pest issues they will visit you again for free until your problem is solved. They did a great job but I had a very big problem and they came back the next day for free with no hassles and their 2 nd visit resolved all my needs and issues. Bulwark loves and respects their customers and they are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable using the latest sprays and techniques. I was a first time customer and was very pleased with how helpful and caring their customer service and technicians were. Both Skylar and especially Jose cared about doing the best job possible. Eric in customer service was also especially friendly and helpful with lots of integrity and goodwill. I will enthusiastically refer friends and family to Bulwark as they really cared, listened and solved all my pest issues.

After three years and service agreements for two properties, I spent 3 hours on two days waiting for them to show up for my appointment. Both days I was stood up and not contacted that they weren't coming. Unacceptable to treat a customer this way. I am canceling.

Didn't notice significant difference

The service was fine. What we found unacceptable was payment, billing and customer service. We handed the rep a check on the date of initial service, and it took 2 MONTHS for them to get it posted. in the meantime we received 2 past due notices that required 5 phone calls to resolve. When I signed up, I asked, and was told that there was no minimum service requirement. When I called to terminate the service, I was told that this was a six visit agreement. They did agree to cancel since I was not told, but it took some talking. Although this is a "family" business, it is not locally owned - the corporate office is in Arizona. I am a professional myself, and I simply do not have time to deal with this company.
