"I live in an apartment and my property management company contracted with Superior for pest control. I and several other residents have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for several months now. During the last treatment visit, the technician was rude and unprofessional in his conduct towards me. When I said that not all the roaches were being killed (this was after two months of treatment), he lashed out and told me, "I'm trying to educate you and you're not listening." He also said that I should not expect all the roaches to be killed because he was just trying to keep them under control, not get rid of all of them. He said, "That's why it's called pest control." I expect exterminators to resolve a pest issue completely, not just make the situation a little better. If this had happened in a home that I owned, I would have kicked this man out immediately and found a different company."

Bed bugs do not always go away after one treatment. Once the spray hits the skunk’s target, the stench can linger for days, and water and common cleaning kits aren’t enough to wash it away.

If you happen upon a skunk in your yard, try to back away slowly to reduce the chance of them aiming at you. Encouragingly, they don’t use their weapon casually, as it can take up to 10 days for their life-saving weaponry to refill. Paw stamping, hissing, lifting their tail, and arching their back are early signs they feel trapped or under threat and that it’s time to make a careful retreat.

The best way to get rid of fruit flies usually involves a cleaning and checking to make sure food sources are sealed away. However, if you have a major infestation, you can try making a fruit fly trap, or calling a bug control service near you, to address the problem.
