You may have to call them over and over again just to reach them, because when you leave a message they are not good about returning your call. We had to keep calling until someone answered the phone after using their service, so they could come and do a follow up. Once they answered they were really prompt in following up. They said that they will make sure that the pest problem is completely taken care of. We will use them again."
