Contacted Patriot Air on a Saturday to schedule a quote, Cy came out same day and provided a detailed quote. I was torn between a mini split and a traditional system. Cy explained the pro’s and con’s of both systems and gave his opinion. I decided to go with the traditional. Cy was informative throughout the entire process. I am satisfied with my choice of using Patriot Air.

Patriot Air Cy replaced an older Central A/C that serviced our upstairs living space. He offered different cost levels based on our needs. (The upstairs unit was only used for company - we did not need a high cost solution) His bid was very competitive with a couple of the well known highly advertising folks. He did a great job, very thorough and professional. He also installed an ‘Air Scrubber’ on our main downstairs unit - the scrubber eliminates contaminants from the air as it circulates through the ductwork. We noticed a difference in our air by the next day. I will be using Patriot Air for my HVAC needs in the future.

It was a weekend and I woke up to my AC unit not cooling, I called Patriot Air and he came within 30 minutes. Had my unit up and running. Great weekend price/after hours!!! Will definitely use again!!!
