"Outstanding working with company. Replaced siding with improved hardy board. Company found improper build from original builder. This contractor able to repair and replace where needed as well as worked with me on paying for the additional work. My wife and I don’t have much of an artistic eye but Michelle was able to use her computer magic to allow us to see mock ups using different colors as well as what our addition will look like. Yes company put up a gorgeous carport and addition to existing pavilion. Company does rain gutters as well. A one stop shop which I prefer instead of having multiple contractors. Great family feel when working with owners and staff. Company worked from sun up until sun down only missing obvious rain delays attempted several time to work in between rain. You won’t be disappointed with work. Truly company takes pride in there work as if it was there own. With that I will leave this. Company fully trustworthy and will call them again. "

Many of our products meet Energy Star performance levels and qualify for rebates. Founded by the late Bob G. Pool in 1980, the company has grown steadily over time. Annual sales are now over $30 million. Sales and manufacturing headquarters are in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have 200 employees, and ship our products throughout the USA. "During a recent cold spell we had ICE form on the inside of the windows. Not just a little frost but solid ICE. When I called Thermal Windows about this issue they replied that they have had several calls during this cold spell with the same issue. They proceeded to tell me this was normal, then listed all the things I could do to reduce the amount of ice on the windows. 1- Remove window coverings ( I do not have any) 2- Reduce the humidity in the house ( currently at 31%). 3- Place a fan at each window to circulate air. These windows were installed by them, on a new construction house a little over a year ago. FROM INSTALLATION TO CUSTOMER THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY IT WAS JUST A FEW YEARS AGO. CAN NOT RECOMMEND!"

"We had a storm shelter installed by Flatsafe on April 3rd, 2018. We were very happy with the install and cleanup. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a storm shelter. We wanted an in-ground storm shelter and had visited a couple of other installers before we went to the Flatsafe showroom. We knew it was going to be a difficult install because of the very small area we were dealing with – a detached, single car garage very near the house with a stockade fence on one side. When we visited Flatsafe we were greeted and shown the in-ground shelter choices. We were able to thoroughly check them out while they explained to us how they worked. We liked the single door configuration and were impressed with the video showing the strength of it. We spoke with them about the difficult install. They were very positive about being able to do it but because of our concern they sent Corey to check out the area. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring and said they could install the shelter just fine. We had offered to remove the stockade fence if that would help but he said it wasn’t necessary. Corey explained that the install would just take extra time because the backhoe driver would need to carefully back up the driveway to dump the dirt each time. They added an additional charge of $200 because of the extra effort/time involved which we thought was very fair. They gave us instructions on getting the shelter permit and Linda called a week before the install to confirm and let us know what to expect. Then Chance called the evening before to confirm again and let us know what time to expect the team. Upon arriving on time the next morning they quickly got to work. They were polite, did an amazing job, and cleaned everything up thoroughly. They even power washed the garage floor.
