We have had Burnett Windows & Siding replace all 22 of our windows, our siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Siding and our gutters with K-Guard Seamless guttering. I always get a least 3 quotes and bombard the company's with all my questions and concerns before picking anyone. We plan on being in this house until they roll us to the nursing home or to the morgue, which ever comes first. So I wanted a warranty that would let me sleep at night. The only one in the family that doesn't care for the new windows is our old cat. She sits in the window to bake in the sun, but no longer can feel the extra heat, so she is puzzled by where Mister Sunshine went.
