"Carpet cleaning was good; furniture cleaning didn't meet my expectations, but I didn't clarify them to begin with. I wanted the cat hair removed, but that wasn't done. However, the operator offered another carpet cleaning in the future for free. I can't ask more than that.

"This couple worked together and had such a sync. They knew their roles and everything went so smoothly. They worked hard to see that the carpet in every room was clean and deodorized. The scent was not overwhelming or like a coverup scent. Fresh and clean. Today the carpet looks good as it did when they finished. Prices were very reasonable.
