"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Upon entering my phone number into Angie's list in order for me to access listings, I was immediately called by this vendor letting me know they got my number thru Angie's list (literally 10 seconds passed) and asked when the soonest I needed service. I understand it is a Saturday but I gave an honest answer and told the receptionist as soon as possible, preferably today or tomorrow if possible. She told me due to the severe thunderstorms and it being a weekend, Monday would be *preferred*. I then responded that because they were the first vendors to contact me out of their own volition, I did not have even a moment to review the listings online thru the website and I would return their call on Monday it i wanted to make an appt. The receptionist sounded as if she was speaking to another person, who then tells me that tomorrow is possible. So then I ask if that is the case, I wouldn't mind them taking a look. I proceeded to let her know that I would like to make an appointment and she tells me, "so Monday?". I told them no thank you and I will be looking around elsewhere. If you are going to call immediately after I enter my number and ask for me to purchase your services, then I expect you to offer me a timely appointment especially if you reached out to me first.
