Perfectly! Eddie came to give me an estimate same day. He stole my heart (ha ha) and business the moment he stepped inside my home with me and took his shoes off following my lead. I did not say a word asking him to do this for me. How incredibly respectful of my property and home. Makes me want to cry. No one and I mean no one takes off their shoes or even offer. Eddie then quotes the same job from a competitor and they are $800 LESS... wow. The competition was $1902 and was doing all they could to get me to replace my aging ac unit that is working just needed a couple things to keep it in good shape. My house stays at 70-72 degrees depending on how I have it set so I was being proactive when I heard a noise which turns out to be normal. The blessing is Eddie diagnosed small AC issues and scheduled them to be fixed next day (today 8/1). The new cost after HIS diagnosis .... $651. Clark came out to do the work, professional and he wore shoe covers without me saying a word! I just want to hug them all for taking care of me, my AC, and my home. Yesterday I almost broke down with Eddie after the "other" company was trying to get me to finance $20,000. Eddie brought calm back into my life. Eddie is my go to from here on. I am so grateful for this company, Joe, Eddie and Clark. They are a well oiled machine working together and obviously put honesty and integrity first.

I've been using Comfort Inc for almost a decade and their service is absolutely top notch. They serviced my old unit for the first several years and I later had them install a brand new unit which I have been very happy with. I have also had them do some duct work which went off without a hitch. They do excellent work and you can see that they truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend!!

Our sales consultant, Eddie, was very nice, thorough in his presentation, and excellent in explaining our options and keeping us informed as to the workers' timetable and what would be done each day over the three-day installation period. From the time they arrived to the time they left, all four workers were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Their work was of outstanding quality and they went "above and beyond the call" in making sure we were completely satisfied. They even installed an extra light in the attic near the new gas furnace unit, providing light for the entire attic. They never complained about having to work in the attic in 90+ degree heat. They sealed off the old floor ducts with concrete, straightened one of the wall vent covers that was a little crooked, and did a super clean-up job. The overall price was a bit high, but not out of line for a job of this size. We couldn't be more pleased.

I contacted the manufacturer (Goodman A/C) and asked for information regarding warranty and who serviced their units.  They gave me Comfort InterCorp, their phone number and street address.  I contacted the company, explained my problem and they set up an appointment for us, contingent upon the rain storms.  David was the service tech that came out, checked out, explained, and gave an estimate for repairs.  He came out between rain storms and repaired the unit and also explained the "comfort club" which would provide additional benefits and discounts.  He came with additional parts in case they were needed.  Nothing was done without explanation.  He was courteous, professional but very pleasant to visit with.  My husband was extremely impressed.  Their total was lower than another provider but now we don't have to worry about future visits.

Comfort Corporation - furnace repair (low temperatures in the teens) no heat
9:18 am called Comfort. We had a prior service agreement 2 years ago. Very friendly, courteous said it would probably be this afternoon.
10:06 John called said he was on his way.

Been in attic most of the time where furnace is located.
Now on his way north side to pick up new circuit board 12:00 noon

Circuit board is giving off a negative polarity
Sometimes they are,hooked up wrong, this one was hooked up correct. Just to check he reversed and still showing negative polarity.
Sometimes it's a loose ground. He checked all the grounds and all are tight.

Signup for service check twice a year AC & Heater, since the AC & Heater are 9 years old intended to do the service agreement anyway.

While gone I googled replacing furnace circuit board. Got a nice detailed write up of parts and labor. Range depending on exact part but total $325-$1,000

$650 was price including $216 service agreement. Seemed fair based on above.
John said he might stop for lunch during trip for part across town.

Replace circuit board 30-40 minutes
Came back and showed me with gage that blower capacitor that is rated at 5.5 they want to see no lower than 4.7, was starting blower but only a matter of time weeks- months blower is going to stop since it was reading only 3.5. $106. So as not to have another service call later, in the middle of summer with temps @109, he replaced capacitor.

Total: $762.04 (this includes $216, twice a year service) to keep these old units running.
Excluding the service circuit board $440, capacitor, $106, both included labor and total significantly in line with Googled estimate range of $325-$1,000 ( for just the circuit board)

I am never thrilled to pay out $800 BUT, I highly recommend Comfort and professional service by John. By checking the capacitor while he was here, I've probably avoided another break down in the near future and another service call.

John was done by 2:00. Trip included was 3 hours. At $75/hour that's $225 of the total bill. By prices quoted in google search Comforts rates a very reasonable.
