About us

Wellman's, Inc. is a professional, family oriented HVAC company that was incorporated August of 2008. We take care of residential customers as well as commercial customers. We are licensed, bonded and insured (also carry Worker's Compensation for our employees and commercial customers). We are capable of taking any type of service call from just a simple repair all the way to a residential or commercial new equipment installation. We do free estimates (On installations ONLY) and normally have no problem making out to you THE SAME DAY that you make the service call. We have 2 service techs available one of which is myself, Patrick Wellman.

Our air conditioner unit went out on a Friday evening just as our usual HVAC guy was leaving town and the summer heat was rising. Patrick’s business, Wellmans Inc. came highly recommended. We ended up needing a new unit and Patrick and his team were able to get our unit replaced and up and running less than 24 hours after requesting a service call, the job itself was completed in a few short hours. Patrick was super knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain everything and go through our options with us which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend giving him a call if you find yourself in need of a repair.

He was able to fit us in between other jobs and got us back to comfort in  a fast time.   Compressor was bad on the heat pump and the refrigerant had leaked out.  Compression test showed a slow leak.  He couldn't tell us if the leak had caused the compressor to fail or if the compressor failing caused the leak, but did give us the options to either replace the compressor or replace the entire unit.  We chose to replace the entire unit in order to take advantage of the new warranty.  The cost was just a modest difference.
Patrick and Trey were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent.  Couldn't ask for better service.
