Papa t's came this morning and discovered that theater was safety interlock tripped on the heater. They reset that and the heater is working perfectly. Thank you very much I was expecting to have to spend a lot more of a buying a heater and all that goes with it.

I’m glad I chose Papa T’s. They were very prompt and friendly. They went and picked up the new part and had it installed and back up and running quickly. They do not overcharge. I got several estimates and they were the best. I highly recommend Papa T’s if you want great friendly service for the right price.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. The service was done as expected for a reasonable price. Payment was simple. I was also provided suggestions for improvements that can be made, but did not pressure a sale at all. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Removal of equipmment went very well, installation was great very straightforward. They corrected some duct work that was an existing issue at no extra charge. New system is working fantastic. Would hire again

The job proceeded perfectly from appointment setting to finish. Owner (Tom) came to the house to complete estimate, advised us exactly what we needed (men in our home are mechanics which helped in evaluating service). They installed new heat & air in the attic (previously in garage), installed new ductwork, new thermostat, and a new compressor outside. Job was completed in very timely fashion. Of course they also hauled off the old equipment. We waited a couple of weeks to review to allow us to experience system at work. Today it was over 90 degrees and system is handling it beautifully. System is virtually silent. I know it's running if air is blowing on me. It's even quiet (not silent, naturally, but quiet) when standing in the attic. In other words, components were installed/fitted/tightened well. Owner and crew were knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended them to others. We are quite pleased.

The team was so friendly from beginning to end. They are also as honest as the day is long. If you don’t really need the service they will tell you. Highly recommend!!!

It went great. Prompt response on a early Saturday morning request. Responded when on the way. Provided feedback of the problem and what the cost would be as well as time expectation. 2 hours later on a 30 degree day I've got a nice warm house again. Also explained a question I had and what I could do about it.

First of all, Papa T’s was the first company to reach out, literally two minutes after I requested a quote. Teri was very helpful on the phone. I called on New Year’s Day, and she said she could have someone at my home that afternoon. After explaining that our late afternoon was not available, she pivoted to offering an early afternoon window. She gave the price upfront, so there would be no surprises. After hanging up, she called back within twenty minutes to say that the technician had already finished the call he was on and could be at my place by noon. Sure enough, I received a text at 11:40 saying he was headed my way. When Tom and Brian arrived, they got straight to work, quickly diagnosing my situation and fixing the cause. Tom also explained to me how to fix the issue in the future, saving me money in the future. After solving my problem AND making a couple of improvements to make my machine run more efficiently, they only charged me the diagnostic fee for the repair. I’ll definitely be calling Papa T’s for A/C and Heat issues in the future. Thanks so much!

Tom and his team were wonderful to work with. They not only explained every step of the way to me, but they worked with me, and got me the best system for my home at an affordable price. The installation was seamless, and the crew cleaned up everything afterwards. I cannot say enough great things about Papa T’S Heating and Air from the first call to the end of the install and beyond. They were phenomenal!

Tom has been servicing our HVAC system for a while now, and will always be my go-to HVAC guy. He is always professional and friendly. Recently when our mini split wasn't properly cooling, Tom was able to come look at it quickly and fix the issue right away.

Great company! Had a new HVAC system put in and Tom and his crew were kind, thorough, and showed me everything; explaining things along the way so I could understand what was being done. Very reasonably priced compared to others as well, and you can tell they know their stuff and all have amazing customer service.
