"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"When my normal plumber wasn't available after Easter, I went online and found Makeithot! They came Monday afternoon, and I had a new water heater...and hot water by 7:30 that night. Prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous!"

"We are extremely satisfied with Bath Expo for our bath-to-shower installation project. From our project manager Ryan to Nick and Rickie, the installation team, everyone was professional and easy to work with. Our project manager answered all of our questions and made helpful suggestions about our options during his no-pressure presentation. He was very supportive in scheduling prior to our surgery deadline. Everything was on time and as promised. I particularly appreciated the regular project communication prior to installation day. The installation team was dedicated to doing the job right. They went above and beyond to get the job finished with two days. The final step was the warranty inspection visit which made us feel that our satisfaction was very important. We highly recommend The Bath Expo for any project. The high quality of the work, the commitment to Ohio suppliers, and the lifetime warranty make it easy to make our recommendation."
