I've been using MW Robinson for years for routine furnace and A/C maintenence and plumbing emergencies. I called in the morning when my hot water heater died, and they installed a new one that same day. They've also installed my new furnance and A/C, replaced an old outside spigot, replaced my toilet, and replaced old pipework. The technicians are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They take the time to answer my questions (I have a lot of them!). They respond very quickly to calls, and services are usually performed on the same day. If they leave and something's not completely right, they make it right. For example, the lid to my new toilet tank was wobbly and there was a manufacturer's mark underneath the toilet seat (visible only when you lifted the seat to clean underneath the toilet seat). I noticed this after the plumber had finished installing the toilet. I called MW, and they replaced the entire toilet! Exceptional customer service!

Price for part was nearly 500% ( I work in the HVAC field but the problem was at my parents house and I couldnt get there soon enough). They asked for a price, they said we will just send you a bill. Know we know why. GIANT RIPOFF. I would literally find anywhere else.

The fixtures were marked up a lot in price when I did the research, and when I complained, Mr. Robinson have me false info (knowingly or unknowingly, I can't say for sure) as to quality, maintaining that what he purchases from the manufacturer is an item different from what a customer can buy on his own. I called the manufacturer, who stated that there is only one product and not the same product with different levels of quality. To make matters worse, it's extremely difficult to stop the sink as the stopper won't stay in place. We'll have to replace the fixtures again.

Our old system was 25 years old and had quit using salt. I stopped by their show room and explained what was going on with the system and Chris noted that a 25 year old mineral tank had probably failed but he would send a tech out to make sure it wasn't the control head and to take and measure water samples for hardness and iron.
