Highly frustrated. The technician Timber does great work and is a good guy, but the office representative is beyond terrible. Despite Timbers assurance of a partial refund in writing, the office has dragged this on for two years with evasion tactics. Their customer service is shockingly unprofessional, excelling only at avoiding accountability. Save yourself the headache choose a company that values integrity over games, unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

Bravo to The Trenchless Guys!--they did pipe busting to fix the main sewer line that was very damaged by tree roots. They were prompt, courteous and did fantastic work. The tree did not need removed and the landscaping stayed intact. Our new go-to plumber

I would DEFINITELY recommend The Trenchless Guys. They were timely, excellent with communication as to when they would be at the house, they were prompt, very courteous and understanding with our needs. Timber and the other plumbers worked very efficiently and timely to remedy our plumbing problem. An A+++ for this company.

Had younger person while superior was on vacation knew but had to keep calling about problems I think a little bit steep on price and left yard in very bad condition I know had a lot of rainy weather but did not contact me to see if they would come back out and try to repair my wife and myself have repaired the yard should be entitled for something back
