She said she was very arrogant. She said, well, you've signed the contract? Why did you sign a contract? If you weren't sure. And I said, because we were trying to be decent people. And I called in, and I was told that this gentleman that's the way he was supposed to just be quiet and let them come. It's been a big puzzle the whole time. And now they're saying that I waited too long. I didn't, I called, I called before yesterday. I called two or three times. And I talked to someone that I thought would be Jessica. Seems to be very nice and curious. And she seemed, The conscience about her job. But today I couldn't even get her on the phone. They said that she wasn't about Queue and I couldn't even talk to the manager or the the CEO or the owner. I don't know what has qualifications are. That they said he he wasn't answering his phone. And that I I but they did have another girl that I have never talked to and she was. She just basically said, hey lady, U sinus contract. And we've we've scheduled and I said, I know you scheduled that I've called since it was scheduled to ask. Questions and I said, I haven't been able to get any answers. And, she basically said, well, Too bad. We're keeping the money. And she also added before she hung up. And you're going to have to pay this whole amount, whether we do the work or not. In other words, it was a threat. That they were going to take us to court. I said you are entirely not. Allowed to spike, speak to me that way. Maybe your company lets you. "Then work is beautiful and I am happy with how it turned out. However, the caveat here is that it was done by a subcontractor that I was told they did not hire. I was told that they do the work themselves with their own people and then a subcontractor showed up to my door and introduced himself as such. When the salesman was quoting the job for me, he failed to find out where the pipes were ran to make certain that everything would fit properly. Come to find out form the guy doing the work, the valve body that operates the on/off function and flow of the water would not fit in the space that the old regulator valve came out of. This meant that all of my bathroom storage had to come out and a wall needed to be built to create space for the valve to sit. I was told the cabinet needed to come out and I agreed to the work. However, I asked them to work with me and get me some sort of storage back since my bathroom was ALL OVER my living room and they did nothing to make it right."

"I can not speak higher of All American Waterproofing out of Wadsworth, Ohio! I live by the Wolf Creek Tavern in Norton’s loyal Oak & for the first time since moving in late 2001/early 2002 my basement suffered a massive flood August 8, 2023. Owner Mike Johns gave me his plan & the estimate. Other companies sent young people who never actually did the work and were basically just reinstalling what I already had downstairs. Mike had a much better plan, And I feel confident that I could finish my basement and it is never going to get wet again! I now have a sump pump in each corner of the basement, the sump pumps have secondary backup pumps, they have battery back ups in case the power goes out, all the pumps and all my downspouts all the way around the house are now dumped far from the house down by the road. "Zane and his helper removed a big, old, eyesore oil tank from the basement. I was told it would have to be cut up in order to fit out the door. Zane quoted the job accurately based on discussion and pictures, showed up as scheduled and did not only a fantastic removal job (without damaging anything), but also did not leave a mess. They brought a shopvac! The area looked so much BETTER after they left than when they arrived. I wish every contractor I hired was as professional as Zane. My experience working with Zane was extremely positive. I cannot recommend him enough and would give him a 5+ star if I could!"
